Ukukele Lady entstand im Dezember 1999 um  ihre Entstehungsfotos für meine CD-Rom "Teddies, Bären und so weiter zu verwenden. Sie ist 30 cm groß und aus kurzflorigem Mohair.  Für mich völlig untypisch ist, dass ich statt Einlagen die Armhaltung durch Abnäher beeinflusst hat. Sie hat auch eine ausgesprochen weibliche Figur.
 

Passend zu ihrer Rolle hat sie Schelmenaugen mit Augenlidern und Wimpern für einen verführerischen Augenaufschlag. Die Nase ist aus Leder. Eyelids and long lashes give Ukulele Lady this very special look.

 

Ukulele Lady (inspired by a song I used to sing together with my husband) is very untypical for my bears as instead of inlays I used darts for the shape of her arms and her very feminin body. She is one of the bears I made for my CD-Rom "Teddies, bears and all that..." to demonstrate special effects like in this case the darts, the eyelids and the leather nose.
